Child Support

The Child Support Agency applies a formula to determine the child support payable by parents in relation to the children. 

There are also circumstances in which the formula can be varied and the team at Awkar & Co can discuss these with you. 

As every family's need are different, some parents choose to enter into a private child support agreement which we will be able to assist in the negotiations and prepare the agreement to be registered with the Child Support Agency.
