Child Support

The Child Support Agency applies a standard formula to determine the amount of child support payable by each parent.

There are circumstances in which this formula can be varied, and Linda at Awkar & Co can explain these options and advise you on whether a variation may be appropriate.

As every family’s needs are different, some parents choose to enter into a private child support agreement. Linda can assist with negotiations and prepare the agreement so it can be properly registered with the Child Support Agency.
